Signing up to the API

Before you can access the API, you need to register an account with us and get your API Key.

Once you have your API Key from the Accounts System, you will send this as a HTTP header to show that your requests are authorised.

If you haven't already registered, you need to do so now. Go to the Sign up/Pricing page.

You are taken to a sign up form. Complete the form and submit it. We will send you an email containing a link to verify your email address. Once you click it, you will then be able to log in with your new account.

No credit card required

You don't need to enter your credit card to be able to sign up and start using the API on any tier. We want you to be able to fully test drive the API and find if it's right for you before you decide to start paying for it.

We send out invoices for the previous month's usage on the 3rd of each month (pro-rata). If you have decided that you don't need the API, just let us know and we'll cancel the invoice that the system would normally send you.

If you haven't had enough time to test out the API, please let us know and we'll arrange for a longer demo period.

You won't be able to change the API Plan that you have signed up on without entering payment details first. But if you're still testing it out, please contact us and we'll be happy to do it for you.
