Please visit our contact form and leave a quick message for us containing:

• The email address you used to sign up to the API with
• The name of the company you work for, or if it's for educational or personal use, your own name
• Why you need regular access to the database

Remember! This is for on-going access to the database. We update the database each sunday and will charge you in the first week of each month until you cancel your subscription (by lowering your plan to the Free/Basic tier).
